However, that law applies only to businesses processing the personal data of at least 100,000 Georgia consumers per year, or at least 25,000 consumers if more than 25 percent of gross revenue comes from data sales. As a small sole proprietor, I do not meet these thresholds, and the law does not legally apply to this Site at this time.
